Why "Ankan"?

Ankan is the mahjong term for a concealed kan, and of course the Swedish word for "duck"! We love a good kan and a good pun. Who doesn't?

We meet weekly at Tiger Mahjong (map). Beginners are very welcome — we’re happy to teach and play with everyone!

Make sure to RSVP the events on Meetup, and come hang out with us on Discord!

Regular meetups are using the European Mahjong Association rules, and the league plays the World Riichi rules.
